I’m a mission-driven team player that believes inclusion is the foundation of uncovering the insights that lead to meaningful solutions.

I've spent my 19-year career hustling for more knowledge and opportunity to fulfill my curiosity and desire to solve problems. I spent the first third of my career doing design, brand, and digital strategy for a fully integrated marketing agency. I spent the middle third driving the entire customer experience (from initial touchpoint to product user experience to strategic relationships) for Fision, a sales enablement, and marketing SaaS platform.

I’ve been lucky enough to spend the most recent third of my career leading the user experience team at SportsEngine, the Home of Youth Sports. Driven by a triad of goals to 1. drive the user experience to facilitate safe and fair play of millions of youth athletes, families, and administrators, 2. insert the customer into the business strategy to drive revenue by delivering customer value, and 3. grow and scale an amazing UX team, I feel as if I’ve rounded out my experience to be able to navigate large scale environments and objectives.
